基于虛擬儀器的內平動齒輪減速器振動測試與分析

針對內平動齒輪減速器的振動測試問題,提出了基于虛擬儀器的內平動齒輪減速器振動測試與分析系統,通過測試試驗驗證了該系統的可行性和正確性。測試結果表明:各測點處的振動幅值與轉速成正比;在同等轉速不同負載情況下,大振幅基本不變,但均方值有明顯的增加;各工況下的振動信號均是以輸入軸齒輪與分流齒輪的嚙合頻率的各倍頻為主振頻率、以工頻的3倍頻為間隔;減速器在X軸和Y軸方向的振動規律大致相同,不同點產生的原因是X、Y方向上的結構分布不同。

  內平動齒輪驅動是結合平行曲柄驅動原理和行星齒輪驅動原理而演變出的一種具有驅動比大、質量輕、體積小等眾多特點的驅動機構,可應用于機械、礦山等領域。
